Nithin has pioneered India's financial services, revolutionizing access to stock trading with Zerodha, now one of India's largest stock brokerage firms. Beyond Zerodha, his focus on innovation and social impact led to the founding of Rainmatter, a Corporate Venture Capital fund that invests long-term in fintech, health, and green startups, underscoring his passion for social impact, financial inclusion, and positive environmental change.

Nikhil is well-known for his podcast series, AllthingsWTF, which features casual yet thought-provoking discussions with leaders across various industries. He demonstrates his commitment to philanthropy through initiatives like the Giving Pledge, in which he has pledged to donate half of his wealth to causes in education and healthcare. Additionally, Nikhil launched True Beacon and co-founded Gruhas, a Venture Capital fund that invests in ClimateTech & Sustainability, Built World Tech, AI, Media & Consumption. Nikhil recently also founded the WTFund for 25 and younger entrepreneurs.

Sumit has joined NKEHL bringing over two decades of expertise in technology, finance, healthcare and strategic advisory from his leadership roles at Lehman Brothers, Barclays, and Citi in New York, USA.

Currently based in the UAE, he will concentrate on sourcing and activating global investments that reflect NKEHL's core values.
